NicklasBendtner is eager to get back to the playing grounds

NicklasBendtner is currently performing with the English League Championship club Nottingham Forest after having joined them back on November 7 of 2016 as the Danish player penned a 2 year-long contract.

The 28 year old forward has scored 1 goal in 6 league appearances for Notthingham Forest but he sustained an injury on October 14 during their 3-1 triumph over Birmingham City and this injury has left Bendtner out of action for 1 month but he is believed to be almost finishing up with his recovery as he has already even been training with the rest of his teammates and Bendtner recently talked about his situation as well as voiced his desire to get back into the pitch.

‘’I am back on the grass again, doing drills and twisting and turning to see what the ankle can do. It looks very positive and the important thing is that as long as you are out on the grass the comeback is not far away. Hopefully I can keep free from other injuries, let this heal and progress. It was a massive blow, I thought it was broken. Luckily it was not bad and I can come back now and it has given me a lot of confidence and belief’’

These are the answers of NicklasBendtner when he was questioned about his situation and how his recovery has been going.

Even though Bendtner only joined Nottingham Forest around 1 month ago, the Danish attacker has already been praised and backed to become a legend with the English League Championship outfit.

Philippe Montainer is the head coach of Nottingham Forest and he believes that NicklasBendtner has what it takes to become the captain of the English club and eventually become a hugely influential and important player for the club that is currently competing in the 2nd tier English League.
